Customers should not send us any data pertaining to other individuals such as your clients – this should be stored on customers own environments and access to those environments given as deemed appropriate. If any work is to be done outside of customer environment then the customer must obfuscate any personal information before supplying it.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you so that we can communicate with you via email, phone or methods such as Microsoft Teams
We use the information that you have given us in order to make contact with you.
We may share this information with mutual contacts in order to help us work with you.

Your information is securely stored.
At the time of writing this policy we only keep email correspondence for a relevant period of time. We will then dispose your information by deleting your emails when deemed necessary.
